No Picture / Sound 6310
SYMPTOM
In rare cases, there is no picture and sound when powering on, and no Power LED diagnosis indication.
CAUSE
EMMA S/W stop progress of the Power On sequence, due to the initial control for the One-NAND device by
EMMA3TL S/W.
SOLUTION
Proceed as indicated below.
1. Confirm that there is no picture and sound.
2. Confirm that there is no LED diagnosis.
3. Check the Power supply. The voltage at pin 1 of CN3800 on the BAL board must be 3.3 V.
=> ONLY if the three conditions above are simultaneously fulfilled, change the BAL board.
