EDID Rewriting for WXGA Resolution F311
SYMPTOM
In HDMI and PC input with specific source equipment, the FHD instead of the native WXGA panel resolution is
shown. WXGA can still be selected manually.
CAUSE
FHD EDID written on WXGA models in production.
SOLUTION
1. Take an empty USB Stick and update the EDID with the special UPG file attached to this Technical Bulletin,
following the procedure described in TB 10TV007.

2. Wait 2 minutes for safety.
3. Reset the TV.
4. Perform a regular software update with the latest SW package available (SecureDev_ProdCred_M*_M*.upg),
which is attached to TB 10TV005, referring to TB 10TV007 for the update procedure.
5. Reset the TV.
