SYMPTOM
Depending on the PC cable used, the TV is not able to detect the PC input.
CAUSE
TV is using pin #5 of the PC cable to detect the PC input (low GND = OK). Some PC cables have a disconnected
pin #5.
SOLUTION
To remedy the problem, choose between one of the options below.
Exchange the PC cable by one with pin #5 connected, OR:
Turn off the automatic detection by doing the following via the XMB (Cross Media Bar):
Settings => External Inputs => AV preset => PC Input => Enable => Change from “Auto” to “Always”.
