LED Flashing 7 Times [REVISION 1] 117E
SYMPTOM
• After powering on, the LED flashes 7 times, indicating a thermal error, and the TV automatically turns off.
* In the Service error menu, each time the error occurs, the “error 007” value augments by 1.
* The error may not occur right after powering on and be difficult to duplicate due to the IC deviation and because it
is time-dependent. It may need a few hours of ageing before it can be reproduced again.
• Brightness and white balance of the LCD display may slightly change because of the abnormal control data
through I2C communication.
CAUSE
Leaking RGB sensor on the H board, reducing the voltage level of the I2C communication line (SCL/SDA), which is
the same bus line as the thermal sensor.
SOLUTION
• Before checking the Main (BAL) board, check and (if necessary) replace the H board, following the procedure
outlined below.
