Subject: Software Upgrade Procedure for AZ-1BK Chassis [REVISION 2]
This Technical Bulletin describes the upgrade procedure for the AZ-1K chassis, using a USB stick. All software files
are attached to Technical Bulletin 10TV047.
An upgrade is needed in one of the following cases:
1. Issue fixes.
2. Main Board exchange.
3. Panel exchange.
4. DVD module replacement.
1. Issue fixes
1-1. Extract the appropriate Application SW file (“USER_UPDATE_*.zip”), attached to TB 10TV047, and copy the
included “AP.bin” file to the root folder of your USB Stick.

1-2. Plug in the USB Stick.
1-3. Connect the AC Cord.
1-4. The update will automatically start. Wait until the message “Please remove the USB device and wait for
rebooting” appears.
1-5. Remove the USB Stick from the memory slot. The TV will reboot by itself.
1-6. Verify the upgrade version in the User Menu (=> 5. Upgrade verification).
