Incorrect Picture Size or No Picture after SW Upgrade [REVISION 1] C327
SYMPTOM
After upgrading the software, the picture may be reduced (shifted to the upper left) or appear not at all.
CAUSE
NVM data corruption.
SOLUTION
Recover the NVM, following the procedure outlined below. Please refer to TB 10TV007 for the full SW update
procedure and TB 10TV005 for the NVM file.
