Picture Flicker / Power Problem during Cold Start [REVISION 1]
SYMPTOM
One of the following symptoms may occur.

1. Picture flicker during cold start when environment temperature is less than 10°C. M355
2. Protection circuit operates and TV becomes latch with stabilizer or power generator issue when
leakage voltage of more than 330 Vrms is generated during power transaction time. M771
3. Cannot power on during inverter or UPS supply.
Cause: Inverter or UPS generates square waveform instead of normal sine waveform. M111
