SYMPTOM
The latest software package #769 has been released for updating the BD Player software included in all models of
the AZ-1BD chassis, remedying the below issues.

* A message may appear urging to update the software of
the player. Auto playback does not start.
NOTE: If the [Enter] button is pressed, the playback does
start after all.

SOLUTION
Update the BD Player with the latest software (M03R769), using the file attached to this document and referring to
Technical Bulletin 11TV001 for the upgrade procedure (Option 2: “DISC Upgrade”).
