Subject: Defective RGB Sensor
SYMPTOM
One of the below symptoms may occur for the listed Russia models.
* Category 1
No picture & sound (Amber & green LED remains ON).
Volume suddenly increases to “255”.
Intermittent power off/on.
Parental lock OSD suddenly appears.
No remote control.
Intermittently no sound.
* Category 2
Abnormal colour.
Incorrect production information.
NOTE: The mentioned issues may be difficult to reproduce, especially right after powering on. A few hours of
ageing may be required.
CAUSE
Leaking RGB sensor on H Board, reducing the voltage level of the I2C communication line (SCL/SDA).
