SOLUTION
Update to the latest SW version following the abridged procedure below.
1. Software fixes
1-1. Download and unzip the attached software package. Copy the included “*_.pkg” file to an empty USB stick.

1-2. Turn on the TV.
1-3. Connect the USB stick. A message “There are no items to display” will appear.
1-4. Press the [HOME] button to enter the set-up menu and select [Settings] => [Set-up] => [USB System Update].
1-5. When being asked “Do you want to start system update now?”, press [OK].
1-6. For a brief moment the message “Scanning” appears.
1-7. A warning message appears. Confirm by pressing [OK].
1-8. The update will start and take +/- 2 minutes, indicated by an on-screen progress bar and 2 green LEDs
flashing.
1-9. As soon as the update is finished, a message appears.
1-10. One green LED lights up again and the TV turns on automatically.
1-11. Remove the USB stick.

1-12. Confirm whether the software is correctly updated via the Settings menu, by pressing [HOME] => [Settings]
=> [Set-up] => [Product Support].
2. Panel / Main board update
In case the panel or Main board needs replacing, confirm whether the panel settings are as indicated below.

The panel settings can be changed via the Service menu.
2-1. Enter the Service menu by consecutively pressing “[i+]”, “[5]”, “[Vol+]”, “[Power]”.
2-2. Go to the “Panel selection”.
2-3. Change the panel settings to the one indicated in above table.
2-4. Power off to store the data.
