SOLUTION
Update to the latest SW version following the abridged procedure below.
1. Download and unzip the attached software package. Copy the included “*_.pkg” file to an empty USB stick.

2. Turn on the TV.
3. Insert the USB stick into the USB slot of the TV.
4. Press the [HOME] button to enter the set-up menu and select [Settings] => [Set-up] => [USB System Update].
5. When being asked “Do you want to start system update now?”, press [OK].
6. For a brief moment the message “Scanning” appears.
7. A warning message appears. Confirm by pressing [OK].
8. The update will start and take about 2 minutes, indicated by a progress bar. One LED will light up red, the other
one will flash in orange.
9. As soon as the update is finished, a message appears.
10. The red LED will change to green and the TV turns on automatically.
11. Remove the USB stick.
12. Confirm whether the software is correctly updated via the Settings menu, by pressing [HOME] => [Settings] =>
[Set-up] => [Product Support].
