Subject: Software Upgrading Procedure for AZ-3WK Chassis
This Technical Bulletin describes the upgrading procedure for the AZ-3WK chassis using a USB stick. An update is
needed in case of software fixes and Main board or Panel exchange.

1. SOFTWARE UPDATE
Preparation
* Download and unzip the “AZ3WK_pkg_*_eu.zip” software package file attached to TB 12TV019.
* Copy it to an empty USB stick.
Update procedure
1-1. Turn on the TV.
1-2. Insert the USB stick into the USB slot of the TV.
1-3. Press the [HOME] button to enter the set-up menu and select [Settings] => [Set-up] => [USB System Update].
1-4. When being asked “Do you want to start system update now?”, press [OK].
1-5. For a brief moment the message “Scanning” appears.
1-6. The warning message below appears. Confirm by pressing [OK].
1-7. The update will start and take about 2 minutes, indicated by a progress bar. One LED will light up red, the
other one will flash in orange.
1-8. As soon as the update is finished, the below message appears.
