Subject: No power ON / LED blinking 6 times
SYMPTOM
The set may not power on at all (no picture and 6 times LED blinking) or LED error 6 may occur intermittently.
CAUSE
LED OVP circuit malfunction due to LED OVP detection resistor value failure.
SOLUTION
1. Check Error Log for “Error 6 count >0”.
2. Check the PSU board serial number. The serial number should be within below range.

3. Replace both resistors by the one indicated below.

4. Let the set age for 30 minutes.
5. Reset the Error Log.

CAUTION
• After replacing the defective component, make sure to add a check mark next to the module label.
• Component level repair must only be conducted if the workshop can perform a Hi-pot or insulation test.
• If the power board is not fixed even after changing the fuse, do not attempt any other parts replacement. Just
replace the entire PSU board.
• If the board shows burn marks or physical damage, do not attempt to repair.
