SOLUTION
Update with the latest software package, following the below procedure.
1. Download and unzip the file attached to this Technical Bulletin and copy the extracted folder (including a BIN
file) to the root of an empty USB stick.

2. Turn on the TV and insert the USB stick.
The green and amber LEDs will start blinking for a while.
The set will reset after about 1 minute.
The Standby LED will light and the Communication LED blinks.
The set will automatically reboot and a message will be displayed indicating that the upgrade is
finished.
3. Remove the USB stick and press the [Enter] button on remote commander while the set is turned on.
