SOLUTION
Update with the latest software package, following the abridged procedure below.
IMPORTANT: During the firmware installation process, do not remove the USB device, switch off the TV set or
remove the power.
NOTE: For full software procedure please check Service Manual 9-888-532-xx.
1. Download and unzip the applicable file attached to this Technical Bulletin and copy the extracted folder to
the root of an empty USB stick.

2. Turn the TV ON.
3. Insert the USB stick into the USB slot located at the side of the TV set.
4. Go to USB System Update.
Press [HOME], and select “Settings” > “Set-up” > “USB System Update”
5. When the LED lights up in green, the firmware update is finished.
6. Check if the firmware version is the latest one.
