Subject: Blue screen during initial start-up
SYMPTOM
A blue screen is displayed at first start-up and all the commands are inoperative.
CAUSE
The unit has been sent with factory firmware.
SOLUTION
Replace the main board (refer to Service Manual for part number).
NOTE: The customer can temporarily use the unit by turning the AC power Off/On (maximum 10 times), allowing limited feature access.
