Subject: Software download progress bar stays at 0 %
SYMPTOM
When pressing the [SEN] key, the TV displays that the software needs to be updated. The update process can be initiated, but the progress bar stays at 0 %.
CAUSE
Software malfunction.
SOLUTION
Please proceed to manual TV software update following below steps:
1. Press [HOME] and select [SETTINGS] > [PRODUCT SUPPORT] > [AUTOMATIC SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD].
2. Set [AUTOMATIC SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD] to OFF. If the [AUTOMATIC SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD] was already OFF, switch it ON and OFF again before going to the next step.
3. Turn the TV OFF and disconnect AC power cord.
4. Connect the power cord again and wait until TV is fully booted and connected to network.
5. Press [HOME] and select [SETTINGS] > [PRODUCT SUPPORT] > [SOFTWARE UPDATE] > [YES].
6. Software update starts normally.
7. Wait until software update is complete.
