Subject: LED blinking 8 times
SYMPTOM
When the unit connects to the internet, it reboots and the LED blinks 8 times.
CAUSE
Software malfunction.
SOLUTION
1. Follow below procedure to reset the unit.
1.1. Connect the AC plug.
1.2. The unit will turn ON. If the TV is in standby mode, please press [POWER] on the remote.
1.3. OSD of last input is displayed.
1.4. Approximately 4 seconds after OSD message appears, press and hold [ARROW UP] on the remote and
press [MAIN POWER SWITCH] button on unit.

1.5. “Reset” OSD is displayed.
1.6. Release [ARROW UP] on the remote and disconnect the AC plug.
1.7. Wait 5 seconds and connect the AC plug again.
1.8. Press [POWER] on the remote.
o If the reset is successful, the "Initial Setup" is displayed.
o If the reset has failed, retry the whole procedure.
2. Execute the “Initial Setup”.
3. Please refer to TB 13TV013 to update unit’s firmware to the latest version (at least PKG3105).
IMPORTANT: If the reset procedure fails, replace the service board and update the firmware to the latest version.
