Subject: Unit may drop when fixed on wall
SYMPTOM
The unit may drop when installed with the wall-mount and pulled strongly.
CAUSE
The screw studs are snatched when the unit is strongly pulled when attached to the wall.
SOLUTION
Follow below flowchart and apply the recommended countermeasures.
