Subject: Unit boots by itself
SYMPTOM
The unit boots by itself when connected to a wireless router.
CAUSE
When the router is set in “Eco / Standby” mode, it will send a “deauthentication” packet. When the TV receives this
packet, it will switch ON by itself (Wake up on WLAN).
SOLUTION
Update the unit to the latest software (PKG 3710 or later).
NOTE: This issue can be temporally solved by changing the Wi-Fi settings from the router or the unit.
Router: Turn the “Eco / Standby” mode OFF.
Unit: Press [HOME] and select [SETTINGS] > [HOME NETWORK SETUP] > [REMOTE START] > [OFF].
