Subject: A screw fixing the stand cannot be removed
SYMPTOM
One (or more) of the screws fixing the stand to the unit cannot be removed.
CAUSE
Because of the use of screws with glue, the required unscrewing torque may be too high.
SOLUTION
If the customer points out the above symptom, please try below steps:
Try to remove the blocked screw with pliers or drill.
IMPORTANT: Do not use chemicals and take care not to damage the screw thread on the panel.
When the blocked screw is removed, clean up the screw thread on the panel by screwing/unscrewing
below part at least 5 times.
