Subject: Cannot log into Skype after firmware update
SYMPTOM
After having updated the unit firmware to PKG4.101, it may no more be possible to log into Skype.
CAUSE
When the unit is updated to PKG4.101, access error may occur when trying to log into Skype.
SOLUTION
If the above symptom occurs, please perform a factory reset from the unit by following below steps:
Press [Home] and select [Settings] > [System Settings] > [General Set-Up] > [Factory Settings] > [Yes].
NOTE: “Factory Reset” resets all user data and settings including TV channels, network set-up, login information
