Subject: Tilted TV or uneven TV stand gap [REVISION 1]
SYMPTOM
When the stand is attached to the TV, an obvious gap is visible as on below picture.
CAUSE
The stand has not been installed properly as described in the “Quick Setup Guide” and “Supplement”.
SOLUTION
1. Confirm the presence of the below 4 screws (2x left / 2x right).
2. Loosen the 4 screws (3x counter clockwise rotation) without removing them from the screw holes.
3. Confirm that the gap is reduced.
