Subject: Unit reboots when playing specific MKV content
SYMPTOM
The unit may reboot when playing specific MKV content.
CAUSE
This issue is due to a conflict in the tag of the file (“Void element - Level1” and “Void element - Level 2”).
SOLUTION
Use free software to remux the MKV file.
e.g. “MKVToolNix” :
