Subject: No picture via HDMI input
SYMPTOM
No picture issue may happen when a non-standard HDMI cable is used.
CAUSE
Contacts lengths from non standard HDMI cable are shorter than on standard one.
SOLUTION
If the customer points out the above symptom, please follow below steps.
1. Connect a standard HDMI cable (with HDMI logo) and check the picture.
If the picture is properly displayed, jump to next step.
If the picture is not displayed, the issue is out of scope of this Technical Bulletin and further
investigations are needed.
2. Replace the “Bracket Side” with the improved part.
