SOLUTION
Update with the latest software package, following the abridged procedure below.
IMPORTANT: During the firmware installation process, do not remove the USB device, switch off the TV set, remove the power or do not press any other button except as instructed until the update is completed.
The firmware update process may take up to approximately 30 minutes.
For on-site service event we recommend to advise the customer to do a software update before going on-site.
NOTE: For full software procedure please check Service Manual.
1. Download the applicable file from the below link, unzip and copy the extracted to the root of an empty USB stick. .

2. After AC plug-in, wait for 20s then turn the unit ON via [POWER] button on remote.
IMPORTANT: It is necessary to wait 20s for successful FW writing.
3. Insert the USB stick into the USB slot located at the side of the TV set.
4. A series of different messages will appear on the TV screen - follow the on screen instructions.
5. First, the TV will copy update file from USB, then the POWER indicator will start flashing under updating process (White colour) (5 minutes).
And Update Icon will be shown on screen under updating.
6. After approximately 30 minutes, the TV will reboot to complete the update.
CAUTION: During the firmware installation process, do not remove the USB device, switch off the TV set or remove the power.
7. When the firmware update is complete, a message is displayed on the TV. It is now safe to remove your USB device from the USB slot.
