Subject: Touch Pad Remote controller (TPR) does not work
SYMPTOM
Case 1: TV can only be operated by using the paired TPR that is bundled with the set.
Case 2: TPR does not work after factory reset by infrared remote.
Case 3: TPR does not work due to Bluetooth connection failure.

SOLUTION
Note: TPR is connected with TV via Bluetooth.
Case1: TV can only be operated by using the paired TPR that is bundled with the set.
TV and TPR are paired one-to-one.
TV can be operated only by the paired TPR.
TPR will be paired with the bundled TV automatically when first used.
