Subject: SP-BOX ASSY replacement notice.
SYMPTOM
Two different non compatible SP-BOX ASSY (D20-WF) are available. With or without AL tapes.
CAUSE
Design change to SP-BOX ASSY without AL tapes.
SOLUTION
Whenever replacing, make sure to use a SP-BOX ASSY of the same suffix. Don’t mix original SP-BOX ASSY with
AL tapes with SP-BOX ASSY without tapes.
In case of replacing SP-BOX ASSY with AL tapes with SP-BOX ASSY without tapes, please replace both Left and
Right SP-BOX. Remove also the HEAT SINK (both Left and Right) and the AL tapes as illustrated in the below
pictures.
