Subject: potential issues with Android SW v.3.395.
Note: Main board, Smart Core, WiFi module replacement or AEP event is not allowed.
SYMPTOM
With latest Soft Ware version (v3.395) installed some customers may face one of the below issues
- Network functions / WiFi does not work after turning on TV
- TV turns on by itself. Only picture, no sound. TV can’t be operated by remote commander
SOLUTION
Intermediate: Unplug AC cord of TV. Insert AC plug of TV.
Final: SoftWare update. No confirmed timing yet.
