Symptom
At cold start-up, TV reboots one or more times before going into normal operation

What happens on the screen?:
- The TV-set reboots without having a picture. This sometimes happens just once or sometimes a number of ( 3 ~ 4) times.
- When set is warmed up you have picture for a few seconds.
- Then suddenly the picture freezes for a second and the set reboots.
- Vertical lines are visible on the screen (see attached movie).
- When the set is completely warmed up, it does not crash anymore.
- When cold spray is used on the IC "7H00" (PNX8541), rebooting starts again.
