Symptom:
Vertical sync or Color Gain unstable, or Screen flashes, or dots appears.
Tolerance of threshold varies in some ICs, thus, noise appears on I2C bus between Q501 and QA01. This noise disturbs control signals for IC501 at every refresh periods.
Corrective Action:
Add capacitors, C570 and C571 (47pF 50V), between Pin #20 (SCL) and Ground, Pin 21 (SDA) and Ground, so that these capacitors and resisters R509 / R510 consist LPF. This LPF eliminates noise components on I2C bus line. Refer attached instruction.
