Please make sure that the TV is running in shop mode as otherwise some of the measurements that are implemented for burn-in prevention & reduction might not be efficiently working to accommodate shop requirements.
ATTENTION
In order to ensure the maximum level of burn-in risk reduction in shop environments, please make sure that 2k17&2k18 OLED sets are upgraded to the latest available SW version, regardless of operating conditions (at least the following versions, depending on the model):
➢ TPM171E_107.000.222.001 (POS9002; OLED873; OLED973); the latest official SW release for these models can be found here
➢ TPM171E_105.001.002.084 (OLED803; OLED903); the latest official SW release for these models can be found here
SITUATION
If the TV is powered on in shop mode, the TV set will immediately ask for a display refreshing cycle. The cycle will be automatically executed after a pre-defined countdown of 30 seconds has elapsed and cannot be delayed.
