SUBJECT: Y buffer failure
SYMPTOM: No picture, sound OK, standby LED “on”.
REPAIR: Confirm a Y buffer failure by measuring the resistance across SVC_OUTH and SVC_OUTL as shown below.
1. Replace the Y buffer if the resistance is below 50Ω.
2. Upgrade to the latest firmware. Refer to the chart below.
