Subject : How to prevent Redo - SMPS check point
. No Power
. Some FET or Capacitor are burnt or exploded
Based on defective analysis, the problem is caused by wrong LED Panel.
If the GND wire of LED Panel is pinched as below, some FET and Coil are in high-Stress(temperature)
* Solution
Check the "+" voltage of below 6 points then conclude if replacing only SMPS or both Panel and SMPS.
If all voltage of 6 points are same or similar(Error range : +/- 2V), replace only SMPS board.
If not (any point of voltage are different from the others(Error range : +/- 10V)), replace both LED Panel and SMPS board.
If the service replace only SMPS board though any voltage isn't similar with the others,
the problem will occur again sooner or later.
