Background : Regarding the defects of DC VSS(SMPS) and AC VSS(IP Board) for LCD/LED/PDP TVs,
Samsung recommends that you do a "Component Repair" through diagnosis for each part on them.
Also, Samsung has been already ready for components for 2010 brand new TVs.
Preparation: Components, multimeter, soldering iron, lead free, etc.
Solution: 1st : check the part number of defective board then confirm locations of this board.
Refer to the exel sheet "Component List" to get locations.
