After delivery and installing a new model- ES7000, 7500, 8000, VOC is
received that the accessories are not included.
Since Smart receiver and 3D glasses are stored in top left/right
side of Cushion, when a customer opened the Box, the cushion
was not separated from the Box. So the customer misunderstood
that accessories were not included

If you don’t see Smart receiver and 3D glasses, check the inside of
cushion in the box.
