Keyboard Side in QWERTY Remote does not work.

▶ 2011 LED TV and PDP models (QWERTY is in Box)
- LED TV : D6900, D7000, D7050, D7900 and D8000
- PDP TV : D6900 and D8000
▶ RMC-QTD1AP2/ZA purchased as an Accessory
Even customer could control TV with buttons on Remote Side on QWERTY, Keyboard Side does not work at all or intermittently.
QWERTY side has LCD screen and OFN sensor as a pointer, it needs more voltage than Remote side. When Capacitity of battery gets lower than specific level, QWERY side might not work even Remote Side work Correctly.
In this case, ask customer to replace all 4 batteries.
