Back ground : In case of not response when say "Hi TV Power On " to TV
Please refer the below step what is the cause
Symptom : No response When " Hi TV Power On"
Method of find out Cause
1. Check up CN401pin on Main PBA by Osciloscope
You can follow up case 2 according the checking result by CN401
