Cause
When the power is on, the screen doesn't work but the
audio is out normally.
It's Panel Source B'D defect
Measure T-CON with a digital multi-meter.
→ Measure the DC-DC IC voltage of T-CON B'D. If it's
unable to measure, recheck the condition as the
following.
① Detach FCC(Source PCB-A,B) from T-CON & Panel
Source PCB, and measure in the same way. If the voltage
is out normally, it is a defect on Panel Source PCB.
② If the voltage is not out, it is a defect on DC-DC IC of
T-CON B'D. So replace the T-CON B'D.
