Smart Hub → When accessing Samsung App, screen is
black and letters are choppy(undefined).
Cause
When unzipping Samsung App, it is not written in flash
due to network environment.
How to
Inspect &
Handle
Smart Hub Window → Press a remote control >>1821. →
Check Reset OSD.
Reset takes about 8 minutes. → Smart Hub reinstalled
→ Normal operation
*Caution : Smart Hub → Basic Menu → Setting → Reset
→ Abnormal operation (Not a complete reset)
