Specific
Symptom
It takes a while to access when setting universal remote
control.
General access time is within 15~20 seconds, but it takes
about 1 minute.
Cause
To set a universal remote control when Internet speed is
irregular or wireless router output is unstable, it takes
long time since S/W Check is disabled internally.
How to
Inspect &
Handle
Check : To set MBR, a message "connecting" shows for a
while. If the setting is done within 1~2 minutes,
installation is completed.
☞ If it passes over 2 minutes, take the measures below.
Measure : Smart Hub window, Press a remote control ▶▶1821
→ Confirm the Reset OSD. (Reset takes about 8 minutes) →
Reinstall Smart Hub. → Normal operation
*Caution : Smart Hub → Basic Menu → Setting → Reset
Abnormal operation (Not a complete reset)
