When accessing Smart Hub → Samsung Apps, screen is black
and letters are broken. (undefined)
Cause
While unzipping Samsung Apps, it is not written on Flash
due to the network environment.
How to
Inspect &
Handle
Press the remote key ">>1821" on Smart Hub window. →
Confirm the reset OSD. (takes about 8 mins) → Re-install
Smart Hub. → Normal operation
*Caution: Smart Hub → Simple Menu → Setting → Reset
→ This doesn't work. (This is not a complete reset.)
