Title : Cann't select the Number on QWERTY.
■ Symptom
Customer can not select the NUMBERS on the QWERTY remocon, if the number 1 is pressed
appears an "a".
■ Cause
SW Problem.
Tvs with SW version less 1004.1 could present this issue.
■ Solution.
Software upgrade to latest version
