SUBJECT: Hissing (high pitched squeal) noise coming from the SMPS on all 32” LCD TV’s.
BACKGROUND: This noise occurs when the unit is in standby. The SMPS code is BN96-
03057A, version REV 1.1.
REPAIR: Replace the SMPS with a new version REV 1.2.
