SUBJECT: Intermittent “tearing” of the picture.
SYMPTOM: Tearing Problem - Intermittently a white line or distortion travels from
the bottom of the screen toward the middle. This problem occurs using either
HDMI or Component connection and regardless of resolution. See photos
REPAIR: Download and install firmware upgrade from GSPN.
