SUBJECT: No audio via HDMI connection
SYMPTOM: Some customers have been reporting "There is no audio when using
the HDMI connection from any device".
REPAIR: This problem can be corrected with the software upgrade version 1006.3
applied on 2008-03-01
PROCEDURE: Verify the software version currently installed by:
1. Press the “Menu” button on the remote control
2. Press the or button to select “Setup” and then press “Enter

3. Press the or button to select “SW Upgrade” and then press “Enter”
4. Press the “Info” key, the software version will be displayed at the bottom of
the on-screen menu.
5. If the version is 1002; 1002.5 or 1005.1, perform software upgrade.
6. After you successfully perform the software upgrade, recheck software
version
