Application: The information contained in this bulletin applies only if you encounter the symptom(s) listed below.
Subject: Defective DVI Module
Symptom: Multiple symptoms could be the result of a defective DVI module assembly. The primary symptom encountered is loss of picture or intermittent loss of system control functionality.
Corrective Action: Replace the faulty DVI Module Assembly.
(Troubleshooting Note: Failure confirmation of the DVI module can easily be made by temporary removal of the DVI module from the set. Remove the DVI module by unplugging P202 and P203 from the module, exercise channel change and/or input selection, attempting to reproduce the symptom/s. The DVI module should be suspected if the symptom/s are absent with the module removed from the chassis.)
