Solution
Have the customer verify that the Media Receiver Unit (MRU) is the correct box for the LCD or Plasma unit. See list below. If the customer has a MRU that DOES NOT match the model above then they received the wrong unit. The customer needs to contact the store in which they bought the unit and get the correct MRU.
For the KE42/50XBR900 (PDM4200/ PDM5000) only use MRU model number MBTXBR900.
For the KDE42/50/61XBR950 (PDM4210/ PDM5010/ PDM6110) only use MRU model number MBDXBR950.
For the KLV30XBR900 (LDM3000) only use MRU model number MBTXBR900L.
For the KDL32/42XBR950 (LDM3210/ LDM4210) only use MRU model number MBDXBR950L.
