BRAVIA Logo missing
Symptoms / Customer Description
Customer was told their TV was not a true Sony because the Bravia logo was not on the set.
[Primary Symptom Code: 118X ]
Solution
Please be advised that in the beginning of production of MIX 5, and WAX chassis units
there was no BRAVIA logo placed on the unit.
Later a stick on label was placed on the bottom right corner, but now the logo is printed
on the top left of the Bezel .
