Cable CARD stuck in firmware upgrade process
Symptoms / Customer Description
There have been reports of CableCARDs being perpetually stuck in a firmware download condition.
Firmware upgrades are under the control of the Cable company. They typically take 20 minutes to complete.
If the firmware upgrade never completes (suggest the customer must wait at least one hour), please report the problem to the Cable company. The Card is either defective or the information sent to the Card to trigger the firmware upgrade is incorrect or incomplete and the Card is unable to complete the firmware download.

Solution
A Service call is NOT needed to repair your TV set . The problem must be resolved by your cable TV provider. Notice
Temporary operation without Cable Card
Remove the Cable card (see Instruction manual for removal) to view to other video input sources (video inputs 17) or your Analog Cable channels which will still be available without usage of a cable card.
NOTE: The P/N on boards could be based on the sets model and serial number.
Please refer to the S/M for any serial number based P/N.
